Our work / 1.000 Beehives

In all these years we have gained professional experience as we maintain over 1000 hives for the purpose of optimal

productivity of our bee colonies, bringing to your home one of the most valuable treasures of Greek nature.

The varieties of honey that you give us the opportunity to collect in a beekeeping period come from Wild flowers, Fir, Pine,

Oak, Chestnut, thyme etc. The harvest comes from virgin forests and wild flora of the Greek land. Our honey as well as the

rest of our products are available to the general public, for beekeepers and for export to traders who are interested in

starting a professional cooperation with us.

We will continue to do this, improving our techniques every year, while helping to maintain the most important link for

balance and life on the planet, the Bee.

Our family history as beekeepers dates back to 1980.

That year our father Spyros Zafeiropoulos, as he left the city of Athens, settled in a village in the western Peloponnese,

Lechena. There he bought his first hives and every year he began to learn their behavior better and they increased to 500

beehives. In the years that followed, my brother and I grew up learning beekeeping. We followed our father on his travels

and learned the secrets of beekeeping up close. In this way we started to develop our own hives and increase them every

year, until we reached the point where as a family to maintain more than 1000 hives.

Now combining beekeeping knowledge with technology and the global transport network, we can make our bee products

available almost anywhere on Earth. We have the opportunity to provide people with some of the best superfoods given to

us by the forests, mountains and meadows of beautiful Greece.
